Weave it into a mesh and then use it to make paper.
That's hard! I would maybe make a speaker, or diy bluetooth...
I'm using magnet wire, glass tubing, a microcontroller and a ball bearing to create a magnetic accelerator to study magnetic fields. When I get it done, I'll post an instructable. Magnet wire is great for a number of physics experiments.
