Why not just pluck it by hand?

You generally need to pluck them before you can skin them, apparently.

Thats incorrect. If you skin them there isn't a need to pluck them first.

Here is something to point you in the right direction.

Then just search on youtube.com for more examples of working diy models.

I'll leave it up to you to figure out which version you want to try and how to get started.

Be careful, I can see one of these things taking off an arm of other vulnerable appendage.

If you're industrial, buy an industry-magazine, e.g. "The Plucking Times" or "Poultry News Weekly".

If you're not industrial - do it by hand.
