Automatic payment but no Pro Answered
I am very frustrated. To the point of telling Instructibles to .... Well, one more chance.
On Dec. 20th, Pro membership automatic payment went through my paypal. Still received "Pro Membership expiring" emails. And then, Pro membership cancelled.
Three un-answered emails to firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com over the last month. Not even a "hey we got your emails and are looking into this". Nothing. WTF? Is there customer support or just mindless robots?
