WHY DOES DRINKING CIDER MAKE BE FEEL MORE DRUNK THEN DRINKING BEER (I HAD THE SAME AMOUNT ON DIFFERENT DAYS, BOTH HAD THE SAME PERCENTAGE ALCHOL)

Just a guess, but when you ferment something you don't get just alcohol, you get, in smaller quantities, but perhaps enough to have an effect, ketones, esters, aldahydes, al sorts of organic poisons.

Cider tends to be an easy drink - you gulp it more quickly, so get the hit more quickly.

In the UK, proper ciders tend to be significantly stronger than beers.
