You need a converter.
Household fans run on alternating current, and solar panels generate direct current. The mechanisms by which AC and DC motors work are very different from each other. If you want to power a household fan, or one that is plugged into a wall, you'll need a DC to AC converter.

You may get a fan from a computer cooler. They run on 12VDC. It's not a problem to build or purchase a 12V solar panel.

Or purchase a fan that runs on DC rather than AC.

. Solar panels put out DC. Appliances use AC. You will need an inverter to convert the DC to AC.
