Can i charge 3 18650 li ion batteries in series? Answered

I recently take an old laptop battery a part and found 3 x "packs" of 3 x 18650 cells.I disconnected each pack and i was wondering,can i charge "the pack" using a TP4056 charger?(the charging current is 1A)l;(I want to make a portable console,so i need rechargeble batteries)
