Isn't this toxic because of the styrofoam? And how fast does the glue do it's job, I need a glue that I can mold so I need time for it to stick completely.

It is food grade styrofoam.

It is fast drying in thin coats however it takes a bit when it is thick.

What concerns me is what kind of mold it can melt some plastics and latex.

Does it reach the requirements?

Maybe glue it with epoxy, and then cover the epoxy with a food safe coating (Only food safe silicone comes to mind)

Make is always a big order unless you have access to a chemi lab. Buy is quite different and there are many water proof glues on the market.
