Your wording is confusing me. Is the slot connected to the Arduino via
Bluetooth or is it connected to an Arduino that has Bluetooth?

all you need is a simple ping there are plenty of simple free ways to
do it. Check out the MIT App Inventor (the name may changed but that
should get you there with google). I did something similar HERE.

Thanks for the response.

Here's the list of my devices.

1. Arduino Clone
2. Bluetooth Module ( connected to the microcontroller )
3. Coin Acceptor ( connected to arduino )
4. Android Device

What I want to do:

I want to count the amount being inserted to the slot. This is for my school project. Thank you so much!

What do you anticipate sending ? How do you think you can handle security ? You wouldn't want someone to spoof funds would you.

Coin slot machine will send high pulses to the arduino then it will send a signal to the android. I believe it wouldn't be spoofed since the bluetooth connection cannot be interrupted between the devices.

Not true, VERY not true.
Take a look at this article - even the big boys get it wrong
