I use copper fill without connecting it to ground,is it okay

Hi Siva0375,
Yes, you can draw a polygon and not have it connect to anything. After drawing the polygon and running ratsnest its possible the polygon will not pour since it doesn't share a signal name with anything on the board. By default, polygon are set to Orphan Unticked, by then polygons will not pour in areas it can not connect to. If you wish to change this status to force the polygon the pour in all areas, go the polygon properties and tick the Orphan option and run Ratsnest.
