Melt it in acetone to make polystyrene plastic. Theres a instructable about it:

Cool instructable! I did not know that it is possible to use acetone as a solvent and "melt" styrofoam. Thank you very much! That gives me many possibilities.

I could make a box out of wood and line it inside with the styrofoam. Use it as a cool box for my drinks out on my yard. Cool!

It's good insulation dry, but you want to prevent it from getting wet - line it with plastic.

You could use it to pack up all that stuff you should be selling on Ebay.

Get yourself 6 or 8  thirty gallon plastic industrial drums, stuff 'em full of the styrofoam and build yourself a nice platform raft.

Crush it all up nice and tiny and put it inside a bean bag. Very fun and comfy. Although you will find those little buggers around your house for years to come.
