Do you want bidirectional control ?
What current rating is the device ?
How accurate do you want the control to be ?
Do you want the thing to be closed-loop controlled ?

Well I don't really know. What I really want to do is be able to change temperature, of lets say a liquid, from x degrees to y degrees. As far as accuracy, I would hope the closest possible. As for bidirectional control, rating, and closed-loop controlled, I have not yet purchased a device. Any suggestions? Thank you for your time and help.

If X and Y are outside the sensible range of the device, then you can't ! You need to know what temperatures you want.

Well I want to heat water to 37 degrees C.

What volume of water, or volumetric flow rate ? You're right, you need a Peltier cell for the best control at this kind of output temperature

Maybe about 2.5 L of water. Thanks for the help again. Going to start trying to work on this.
