Does this mean that we can't say brand names of supplies or store names of where we got our materials? I do not want to be disqualified for this! : - )

You can use brand names or supplies and store names. You can't copy the images and text from another webpage and submit it as your own project. However, you can redo a project you find on another webpage and submit your own take on it.

no, it means no intellectual property like logos (without permission), patented ideas, or copyrights.
