you only have 109 joules to work with but its enough for something obviously

im not quite sure what frollard is talking about, use a charger circuit or two and bring em up to 330 volts. thats what there rated for (pulse rating 350v)

you can safely charge that to 150-200 volts. I wouldn't want to push more than half (although you could if you dont care about safety). Hook it up- see what you get. Thats ...2000uF...2mF (not too shabs).
