Glow Holder? Answered

1. You have the coolest job ever! 2. I think I'm hooked, but can I buy a glow holder somewhere? It is a bit premature to jump into the whole 3D printer thing too quickly. I want to see if my idea for a product works. Thank you.

Hi ghenley,

I do love my job! :D

Both of the suggestions by BernardB15 and SirFly are great ones! Unfortunately, the glow holders aren't for sale, but if wanted to try one without having to print it yourself, you could always download an STL of it from Tinkercad and then have it printed by an online 3D printing service like Shapeways!

Good luck with your product! And if you need any process help, check out my free Invention Design class.

I did a similar project (but cardboard and paper), I used led candles (often use for the holiday season)

You can probably make/hack one together with a bit of ingenuity. Try taking small rubber band and bind the led and the battery together with that? Or you can make a casing out of wood or whatever material you are comfortable with for a more permanent design.
