Has anyone tried conductive fabric or conductive thread with high voltage? Answered

Have you?
does it damage it for instance? or is it perfect because hi voltage likes to "crawl" over things

As a teen I got a Ford spark coil ( the one in a wood box ) and fired it up
in bed .... Wow sparks traveled in an around the white sheets when a
clip lead dropped off a circuit.

I think some laundry detergents leave a conductive residue and then
a teen bed can be loaded with persperation.

It crawls over things looking for a better conductor. If you're wearing the garment then your body is probably going to be less resistance and you'll get the charge. Anything more than low voltage has to be well insulated or it gets dangerous.
