How Do I Measure Coefficient of Productivity (COP) ? Answered

I just recently ran into this term and cant find the definition on the internet.  Can some one please explain to me what Coefficient of Productivity is and how to measure it?

Could it be that you are thinking of Coefficient of Performance? 

This COP is the quantity of heat moved by a heat pump divided by the input work required to move it. More here:

Yes, we need many more economists..And many, many more international managers. And more bureaucrats, while I'm at it. One of each is not enough to control those who can. And far too few to properly milk the last drop of cream from the efforts of those who are measured.
