The streets of Washington DC (the capital of the former United States) contain a pentagram with sides over 72 inches in length. http://earthops.org/klaatu/pentagram.html

If you Google "how to make a Pantograph" (note spelling), there are all kinds of plans out there. As Re-design said, you can scale up very easily, just keep the proportions consistent and you're good to go.

"Pantograph machine" gets a lot of nice hits on google.

You can find instructions for a pantograph on the following URL. You will of course have to build yours to a larger scale but the basics are there. Good luck with it.

Find a pentagraph that you like and scale it up.
