As the motors are rotating at the maximum speed, how to increase the speed of the outer wheel in order to maintain the speed of the vehicle ?

In an electronic differential the motor speed is usually determined by a signal from the steering wheel (as opposed to a mechanical differential, which allows the wheels to turn at different speeds when cornering).

I'm no expert in this but the question may be a little flawed, because if you were at maximum speed and entering a corner, it is more likely that the inner wheel is slowed as it has a smaller turning radius. The outer wheel couldn't go any faster if it was already at maximum, plus the lateral force of the turning action would cause a reaction force resulting in the maximum achievable speed decreasing.

Like I said, I'm no expert, just my interpretation based on my working knowledge of physics.

If the question here is how to build the motor controller, I think it would require far too much depth than is achievable here, especially if trying to achieve maximum performance and efficiency as there are so many factors to consider (wheel size, turning radius', tire slip, traction, wheelbase etc.).

What are you really looking to achieve here? Is this a 'homework' question?
