How do I make led's come on on different voltages? Answered

I'm busy making a station for my solar power and have 3 different  solar systems I want to put on the same station
I want to putt 3 leds on each system to show empty, loading and full
any ideas on how to create a circuit that illuminates one led on below 10vdc, one between 10vdc and 14vdc and one on 14vdc and above
