I would like to know how to make apple juice.
1) mince apples 2) press apples 3) dilute (it will probably be too strong) 4) add sugar (it will probably be too sharp) Now... if you're going to drink it there and then, that's it. If you want to keep it for any length of time you will need to bring it to a vigorous boil and then seal it in sterilised bottles.

The finer you pulp the apples (breaking cell walls) the more juice you will get. Industrial method is grind the apples, then press the mash so that the liquid is forced threw a filter.
