Your question is slightly unclear, but from what I can tell, you have melted plastic on your soldering iron? That happens to me all the time. The best way to clean it is with a sponge or wet rag while it is heated up, and with a copper scrubber. Then, when it cools down, use some sandpaper if it isn't all gone.

Don't use sandpaper, that will just ruin it. There are cans of cleaning stuff with solder and flux in them made specifically to remove stuff like this.
I just left using it and the plastic smell came out. I also used a tip cleaner/thinner to help. Thank you guys!
