If you don't have a proper triangle screwdriver, grind the tip of an old allen wrench into a triangular shape to fit the screws. Use a wrench just slightly larger than the screw slot and try not to overheat the wrench when you are doing the grinding.

You can buy a set of bits for $12 from McMaster-Carr. If you can figure out how to use Google, you can find more from other suppliers. If you can't, you probably shouldn't be messing with electricity.
