Read the email/message carefully- for contests you usually get one that says it has been received (note, not accepted). The entries are added in manually, so if you just put it in an hour or two ago, the crew is probably gone for the day. Wait 24 hours, and if it still isn't in the contest, PM one of the staffers on the about page to see if there is a problem with your entry.

The same thing happened to me here is the first email that I got."Hi ElvenChild,This is to confirm that your entry 'Block someones favorite website on a mac' for the 'April Fools Contest' has been received and will be reviewed. The contest closes on Apr 3, 2011. 12:00 AM.Thank you for submitting your Instructable to the April Fools Contest. The contest is moderated, and so your entry is waiting to be reviewed. This process can take up to 48 hours.If after 48 hours or so your project has still not been accepted, then it did not meet all of the requirements for participation in the contest.
