Here you go INPUT 24VAC and OUTPUT 12 VDC..

Just ignore the 5 VDC section.  .  .  . A

if i make 12 VAC input and 12VDC output will be the same desing?

12VAC makes the reg ripple much worse .
I cut the parts that made a Cadillac, now you have a Ford.

Reg = Regulator
Accepts up to 35 volts on the input pin with respect to ground.
and regulates 12 volts on the output pin with respect to ground.
