To make a raspberry vinaigrette, you need raspberry wine vinegar and the same amount of vegetable oil (so, 1 cup each or however much you want to make). Then add about a teaspoon of sugar to every half cup of raspberry wine vinegar and season with salt and pepper to taste.To make your own 'raspberry flavored vinegar', you'll need more time. Put 2 parts white wine vinegar to 1 part fresh, washed raspberries into a glass bottle. Cover and let sit in a cool, dark place for 2 weeks minimum (to infuse flavor). Like I said, you'll need more time for that but the results are well worth the wait.
