You can get acrylic sheets for free if you can locate a product display manufacturer. Ask for scraps!

Clear cast resin, perspex, clear acrylic... It depends what for really, clear cast resin would be easy for making things with molds, Clear acrylic can be formed with heat heat to some extent, a thick sheet of that or perspex could be cut up in to cubes and formed to whatever shape then polished.

acrylic would be your best bet. you heat it up till it's moldable and you mold them into beads
