I talked to the folks at the Museum of Science and Industry yesterday, and we have decided that instructables with drawings and plans are desired but not entirely necessary.

Good before-and-after room redesigns or well documented room additions/decoration/organization instructables will be admitted, but you'll have the best chance of becoming a finalist if you post a drawing or plan.

From the official rules;

"The object of the Contest is to create an Instructables project that involves creating drawings and/or computer generated plans for improving a room in your house"

I reckon that means "just drawings or CAD files", don't you?

Each contest page has an "official rules" tab. They're mostly pretty much the same, it's only the first few paragraphs that change a lot.

Ok thanks. Didn't they kinda of get rid of the detail description of the contest?
