As Josehf says, recipes are rarely genuinely original.
Adding a twist to an established recipe is good, or giving a shout-out to a neglected traditional food, or a family recipe handed down to you.
The important things to focus on are giving clear, understandable instructions in your own style, and clear, attractive, informative images to help understand the instructions.
I don't know if you can call any recipe original, unless you intentionally copycatted someone else's recipe, recipes cannot be copyrighted or patented.

It is easy to make a recipe your own buy changing an ingredient like corn flour for all purpose so you have a gluten free bread, then it is your recipe.
