Picture of

I have made a pack of Instructables robot cursors/pointers. I have also included an Instructables background. If you have any comments, or suggestions for improvement, post them below.

A thanks goes to n8man for the Instructables Link Select cursor/pointer.

I have a suggestion, make the normal cursor the link cursor and make a regular instructables robot picture take the place of the normal one

Those are cool :D My mom hates it when I change the pointer on our computer but I think I'll download these sometime anyway.

I know I am going to receive some flack for this, but technically a cursor is the line you see blinking, when writing text.....the pointer is the thing with the Icon, moved about using the mouse...but it carries the .cur extension, so I guess I can't be so picky about it LOL

Sorry, I will change it. Thanks for catching the mistake.

well, most people now a days refer to the pointer as the cursor, mostly because they don't see a "real cursor" much anymore :-) It really isn't a mistake, I was just being a little factious. ;-)

Okay, I changed it to show the technical name and the name that is well known. Thanks for the information.

There was another member who made some, although a little more pixelated. ;-)

Yes, I saw that when browsing Instructables, and that inspired me to make these. Their cursors can be found here for those of you interested.

Either .cur for a cursor or .ani if it is an animated cursor.
