Is it possible to either create a concentrated brine or to separate sea salt from sea water by centrifuging?
If it is possible, how many RPMs would be required to achieve such result?
Thanks for any help!
James.

a better option would be to heat it at just over 100 degrees Celsius. Either trap and condense the steam as purified water or take the brine from the bottom of the pot

Centrifuging separates out the sediments, but not the salts.
(I've tried it at 8500g)

Well, I suppose you could use a centrifuge like machine to push water through a reverse osmosis membrane.

No, not with a centrifuge.
Do you want desalinated water or saturated brine?
