Is there a way to make a batch program uncloseable until the actions have been completed? Answered

I have written a password program in batch but at the moment the user can just hit the close button and then the program will close. As the title asks can I stop that or not? Any help will be appreciated.

Well, officially, no. But you can start a batch file in fullscreen (which hides the close button). Hope that helps.

Generally, no. You can't force cmd.exe to stay open or hide the ability to close it. You'll need a separate program to do it.
