Keep getting the same email alert over and over again Answered

Hey,

Everyday for the last couple of weeks I get the same email alert over and over again :

I'm not even following zorwick's profile and haven't made a comment ot this instructable either.
I add a look in the alerts settings etc in my profile but I cannot find any setting related to this instructables.
How can I get rid of this email alert.

Thank you for the heads-up. This is a known bug and we're furiously working to stop Robot from sending out so many emails!

Maybe they accidentally deleted you from the list?

Try signing up again, the box is all the way at the bottom of the page.

At the bottom of any page on Instructables.com there is a field to "join our newsletter", put your email address there.

I'm receiving the newsletter. What I'm no longer receiving are notifications when a subscriber posts something new.

You can manage your email alerts from your You page > settings tab > email alerts.

We have stopped them entirely until the problem can be solved and people no longer are sent duplicates.

I've got the same issue - get the same subscription email update every day. I changed my settings to unsubscribe but it still doesn't work. Thanks!

I am getting repeats as well, and today, instead of getting only one repeat, I got three. My email account has a delete function, but doesn't this expense add up for Instructables?
