Only if it's an American kitteh. The Greeks pronounce it "mi".
really ? hmm....modern or ancient ? :-)
Modern. At least, that's what my Greek language teacher taught me when I took it for a term:alpha, beeta, ghamma, thelta, ehpsilon, zeeta, eetha, theeta, yota, kappa, lambda, mee, nee, ksee, ohmicron, pee, row, sigma, taff, ipsilon, fee, kee, psee, omegaI've since fallen back to using the "typical" Americanized pronunciations.

obviously only the ones living today would be able to say something.
Ahem, it is known how somethings changed in pronuciation over the years. So we may know how the ancient Greeks pronounced it, especially if there is an ancient one still around :-P
It's always mi, mi, mi, that's what's wrong...
So MINE is going to be the only KITTEH here ? o_0
