LED wiring - Does it matter? Answered

I've got some LEDs that I'm going to be wiring in parallel with separate resistors. Does it matter which leg of the LED the resistor is on? Is there a standard practice?

I'm going to be soldering all of the legs on one side together so that I only need to have one 'ground', does it matter which leg?

Thanks.

Does not matter if the resistor is on the high side or low side
of the LED, in fact the resistor can be split apart and placed
on both sides of the LED.

There is no standard on whether you follow or lead with the resistor since it works ether way the only thing you need to make sure of is the diodes are forward.
