I think you got a arduino by seeing your instructables :p heres is the code for the arduino:
#include
int sensorpin = 0;
int sensorval = 0;
LiquidCrystal lcd(12, 11, 5, 4, 3, 2);

void setup(){
lcd.begin(16,2);
}

void loop() {
sensorval = analogRead(sensorpin);

float voltage = sensorval * 5.0;
voltage/= 1024.0;

float temperatureC = (voltage - 0.5) * 100 ;
lcd.print("temprature");
lcd.setCursor(0,1);
lcd.print("Tempraturec");

}

The LM35 is quite simple to use. As I recall it produces a 10mV per degree (C I think) output, so all you need is a voltage source to power it. The source is flexible, fro somewhere in the range of 5-30VDC. Type "LM35 into google and you'll quickly find the pinout and detailed specs. I'm going on memory..
