me and my firends recorded a few voice clips, and would like to Censor Bleep a few parts, could you please tell me the easiest way to do this??

I would like all future audio censors to please stop using the 1khz tone.

Please it's sucks...

Try the free program Audacity. I use it for a lot of editing purposes (not this though) and it has a tone generator built-in, so you can generate the bleep sound, then cut and paste over the word you want to bleep.

To do this, you go under Generate > Tone...
And choose these options:
Waveform: Sine (this gives it a nice clean sound)
Frequency: 1000 (this is roughly the frequency of the censor bleep)
Amplitude: 1 (this makes it loud so people can hear it)
Duration: 000,001 seconds (Change this to what your needs are)
