Needle length? Answered

You should probably add the length of needles needed to the 2nd lesson. I figured I was saving myself some hassle by just buying everything on the list when I went to the store, but I just tried to start this hat and realised my needles must be too long (I didn't even notice the length on the package, just grabbed the size 8 ones I saw). I had to click through to amazon to figure out what length I should be using, and now I won't be able to get back to the store for a while. Also, I didn't know what worsted weight yarn was, but a nice older lady in the aisle helped me out... after laughing at me a little :P

The lessons have been great so far, though. I love that you put so much detail in - tons of pictures as well as written instructions and videos. Sometimes things are hard to follow with just one or two of these, but this class has been easy to follow so far.

Thanks for your feedback! I'll update the supplies list. Bonus: now you can make a sweater without getting any new needles. =D

The materials list has a breakdown of fiber weights (which have highly localized terms) that didn't bear repeating in each lesson: https://www.instructables.com/lesson/Intro-to-Tool...
