Don't worry about it, I have instructables 2 years old that only have 13 comments on them and less than 300 views. Half of the comments being mine.

This is *interesting*. I normally read instructables by explore->recent, so in theory I'll see everything. But NONE of your instructables show up when the list is sorted by date; I scanned all the way back to mar-26... It's probably cause you have spaces in your username. You should submit a bug "my instructables don't show up in 'explore by date' listings"...

Either that or it got lost in filters and noone saw it, happens rarely, when the staff were very busy a few of my 'ibles got stuck in there, if that's the problem randy is your man, if it's a glitch with usernames then hit the bug support... There was one person that forgot to add the title in the title bar and that 'ible had an old style url instead but it was useless...

"What use is an Instructable without pictures?" thought Alice. Your instructables aren't very interesting because most people won't put the effort into imagining what they look like. Show the finished products first, then people might read what you've written and comment. Regards L

When you click on your name, it says that "duck tape dude has not posted any instructables yet". Check to see if your instructable has been unpublished, as that would result in no comments. Also, I've had one of my instructables (which is now a forum topic) unpublished for it's lack of pictures -- you have to have at least one.

Put some more pictures on there and maybe more people will comment?

How many people have looked at them? My guess is not too many due to lack of pictures ;)

A lot of Instructables don't get noticed or commented on right away, don't feel bad about it. I go more by the number of views that I get on an Instructable rather than the number of comments. A good thumbnail and title can also help to attract people to your project. Consider adding an eye-catching picture to your duck tape guides.

I just realized how embarrassing the "We Like It" bar is. I should really consider going back and un-liking a few of those, considering that I now have different tastes.
