i just want to know if there is a different pic programmer for different pic microcontroller
The various PICs have slightly different programming algorithms, and it's not uncommon to have trouble finding a combination of hardware and software that will program a particular PIC, especially when using "hobbyist" programmers like the "JDM" style ones. Especially when using or trying to use the new PIC chips that didn't exist when the programmer and/or its software was last released. (This does happen with "high quality" commercial programmers too.) You just have to pay some attention to whether the chip you are interested in is supported by a programmer you are thinking of buying.
