Payment receipt Answered


It would be useful to have a link to a "receipt" of the payment for the pro account.
Would it be possible to incorporate that?
(or at least generate one for me ;-) )

I purchased a premium membership on Mar 25, 2017. Now I cannot access my account and use the Acrobat Reader function to print the steps to a project. What can or should I do to be recognized by the system. I have an e-mail telling me I am a premium member.

¿Cómo puedo recuperar el modo de descargar cualquier archivo, después de haber pagado 2 años de suscripción, el 9 de agosto de 2016?. Ahora, no sé por qué clase de error, no puedo descargar nada. No me lo han aclarado, a pesar de haber insistido. No sé si tienen alguna oposición al español, o cual es el motivo.

I just signed up to instructables (using credit card) for the basic membership. I just checked my emails and I got a Thank-you for signing up for the Pro Membership. ???????? Is there a problem here ? I only wanted the least expensive membership!

All of the paid accounts are referred to a "PRO". You don't need to pay for access to any of the _content_ on the sites, just for some of the "value added" features like PDFs and viewing all the steps on a single Web page.
