Pro Membership not working Answered

I just paid for a 2 year Pro Membership, yet your site refuses to recognize my Pro status. 

I'm also unable to download PDF files.

There may have been an error when you were making your subscription purchase. Please email us at service@instructables.com with your username and the receipt from your PayPal purchase.

Same here. I was able to yesterday but today there is an issue.
I tried changing the password and same thing. No Joy!

Me too, what do I have to do now? After paying with Paypal there was a Message I could use all Features now......
