Pro Membership not working Answered

10 days ago I bought a Pro Membership via Paypal. It did not. Ever since then I have emailed twice to you, and also written on the community without receiving any response. I would appreciate a response from you how I can get access to what I paid for.

well, after several years of looking, i finally get a membership. i was under the impression that if there is an instructable, then i can download a pdf of that one. well, here is the problem. 1. i have been trying to download pdf's today and what happens is the browser just reloads the page. i have tried to R click and save as, but no good. tried different pages, no good. then there is the ones(instructables) that will not let you do tthat. also why is it so hard to get any help from this site. i have paid money to use it and now it is very troublesome to use

You should be able to click the PDF Download button in the top left hand corner of the instructable you wish to download. Then select what you'd like included in the instructable (images, certain steps, comments, etc..) Then click "download custom PDF" If that doesn't work write into Service@instructables.com.

I payed for 3 yrs on 7/29/2015 via PayPal and was able to use the Pro in a day or two. Loved it! Now 1/4/2015 I can not login! What happened???

Any Help is better then NONE!

Yes,

I have added my user name ,paypal transaction id and date. I have both send service and support email.

Hi,

I have the same problem too. I bought a pro membership via Paypal. But, My profile is still same not a pro. =( I mailed service@instructables.com but do you know are they working on weekends? Thank you.

They tend not to work weekends, but sometimes they do check.

Please send an email to service@instructables.com and give them your username, date of the paypal transaction, and transaction number, they'll fix everything for you super-quick. Good luck!
