A little update:

There were a lot of people that wanted to see how I made the big-gear axle and some close-ups from all the mechanisms.

I made a small instructable about it:

You should see a box like this, if you drag the mouse over the text you want to modify, like this - then press the right button it should work

Odd.... the source code shows the strong tags around it, it SHOULD appear bold...

After a lot of doubleposts, I finally finished my k'nex walker.

It runs on one net motor and still has some power left to hold more weight. But I don't have time to make it eny "larger" in size (with empty space).

Here are 2 picktures showing length and width (it's height is 50cm, and so are the other measurements)
I'll try uploading a video this evening.

I have a rig without motor atm, but the rods and connectors can't hold the torque needed to move the feet. It's a great mechanism though..

I think i tried to build the mechanism too "strong" making it way to heavy...

I made a completely different rig now, and it works!
I just need to make the case bigger and better.

Here's some more questions: (just to be sure)

Does the feet have to be large/ normal in proportion with the rest of the "body"
or can the "robot" have realy small feet to move, whilst it's body is realy big, (tall)

sorry, i'm not sure about a lot of things XD

I never built a walking robot though. Gonna be a pain to find out a good working mechanism.
I've already seen great stuff on the internet and youtube. but most of them aren't good to build a big structure with..

btw, in "largest" do you mean tallest?
