Shock Alarm wrist Watch? Answered

Their basically is not a thing like that out their. I want to build a wristwatch that can shock me at a resettable time. I will keep it on when I sleep so It has skin contact. How do I do this? Please help me because I wont wakeup from anything else tryed everything and I hope this will work.

I think there are two ways you can go with this. And damnit, I'm gonna do one.
1) Use a simple wrist watch and gag-gift combination. But id be worried about battery life.
2) Combine a bedside-table alarm clock, and a tens-unit to make it potentially safer, since a tens-unit is designed for electric stimulus therapy, and would provide you with different "styles" of shock, including gradually increasing from none, pulsating, and more...

Both have their advantages, but which would work better overall?

be careful because i'm pretty sure if your skin is wet (like from sweat) when it shocks you it can do real damage, not just hurt.

 The way I would do it is make the µWatch without all the buttons and complexities, and just buy one of those shocking gag things, and wire it up.
