I just mean that I had the most time to "get in" during work, and that isn't an option anymore.

Aww, that's a shame.

At least you can get on enough to reply to this thread :P

Is it warm enough where you are? Sleeping at night is helped by a warm environment.

My step does this weird "bowen therapy" thing, which really helps in relieving pain. It's kind of new, and was made in Australia so I don't know of its extend in America, but if you hear of a therapist in your area who does bowen, then I'd suggest checking it out.

yes,  in fact it is a bit warm for my tastes  :-)

I sleep best in temps  around the 58 o  F to  72 o F   (14 o C to 22 o C) range

Because of a bit of a lack of Melatonin in my system at night (from numerous reasons) I am supplementing that for now, to help me relieve some of the anxiety and the sleeplessness.

I just wanted to explain my seemingly lack of posts and ibles of late.

I will try to get in at least 3 times a week, but as far as irc is concerned...I am not sure when I will be back with you all....probably not for a long while, at night.

Oh I'm not fretting, just informing :-)   Now, if I disappear for over a month or so, than I may have lost internet connection (i.e. the ability to pay for it), or I may have left by some other unconventional means, but it would not be because I wanted to. :-)

Well, I  am a lot older now, and a lot more fearful of the consequences of possible job loss, and searching at my age; especially in a dwindling market...

Yes (OK, oh dear!) Whilst looking around I found several piano versions of their stuff, including that one.

Yes it was when he was that young, but now, like him, I am old and not so marketable anymore ;-)

Well, things may get worse for me depending on what happens in the next 2 weeks to 2 months.....
