Substituting the all purpose flour ? Answered

If I'm cooking for a gluten free audience what can I substitute the all purpose flour with for either recipe?

I would try using a 1-to-1 (or cup-for-cup) gluten-free all purpose flour. The end result won't be exactly like using wheat flour but the baked good should still be very tasty!
