Tesla's patents? Answered

I've done some searching on the net and other references, to no avail.
Are his inventions public domain?
If not, who owns/controls them?

There is a Wikipedia article listing (what I am guessing are) all of Nikola Tesla's patents, here:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Nikola_Tesla_patents

All of these patents are older than 20 years, and thus have expired, so you don't have to worry about infringing on any of those patents.

And you have to wonder who would try to sue you for infringement if you did?

I believe a patent is initially valid for 10 years and can be renewed so by now His patents will be well expired.
