You seriously have something going with the Toy Soldiers, it looks pretty nice.

You know, I didn't see a single "various" up there in any of the photos :-) Nice job, especially with the bunny

Yeah, I like the bunny.

I wish I had some toy soldiers so I could do something like this.

Thanks. I didn't believe how close I got to that bunny; they normally scatter when you get within ten feet. Toy soldiers serve many fun purposes: Firework Fodder, Airsoft targets, (like you mentioned) dioramas, and much more. You can normally get a bag of them at the dollar store.

Also, You wouldn't mind if I used the bunny picture for my wallpaper, would you?

I especially liked the toy soldier ones with the sniper. I thought it was pretty funny how he's standing on that (whatever it is) that says Big Toys

The early ones are pretty good- the composition on the first is very pleasing, the red spiders are creepy (especially if you read XKCD), and I love number 10- it's got the atmosphere of one of those normandy beach landing photos and macro depth of field... delightful..

There appear to be slight JPEG artefacts on some of them, however. If you are resizing images in Paint- don't! Use Paint.net or GIMP, something where you can set the quality of JPEGs rather than it be automatically set to "rubbish", and for small images don't be afraid to turn it all the way up. Alternatively, save your resized images in a lossless format like PNG if you have to use Paint.

Good shooting, anyway- do you have a Flickr account or something similar? We can be super awesome internet friends :)

the red spiders are creepy

That is true, I jumped out of bed at two in the morning because I dreamt they were crawling under the sheets. It took ten minutes for common sense to kick in, but I still got back into bed cautiously.

That's what I was kind of thinking/aiming for.

I haven't edited these, they went straight to my computer. I don't know what the problem is there... good future advice though.

I don't have a Flickr account, but I should get one.

To see an extreme close-up of the spiders, click on the I and then click on the bottom link (shown in image). Your mouse should be a magnifying glass, click to zoom in; you can see the webs they are climbing on.

. Nice work. You need to work on focus and depth of field a little, but that should come with a little experience.

That is true. This is the first time I've tried to take pictures "artistically", rather then just taking pictures for the sake of it. I've got a lot to learn :P.
A little criticism is always good, ignorance grows without it. Thanks!

I see what you mean, especially with #10. At least ONE of the figures in the foreground is a bit blurred. A focus on the foreground with the background a blur is an oft used effect though.
