Guiness

Saint Martins

Green beer (beer with green food dye)

But guiness is the traditional so I would definitly go with that, and green beer is an easy on as it is a simple as dropping some drops into beer.

Guinness may be traditional, but it's hard to beat Irish Whiskey from one of the oldest distilleries on the planet...

(The 10-year-old is a nice compromise between taste and price.)

Well, if they're asking you to bring alcohol then I bet they are expecting beer to be served.  Make it Irish by buying some Irish lager or stout.

Green beer is traditional, if nasty.
