 The nutritional information is irrelevant, because you would be eating healthier if you just ate the cardboard box it came in (mind the plastic).

They are not healthy, just cheap.

It won't be that much different from the total, salt/sodium will probably affected the most (i.e. most of it is in the seasoning).
